Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Free Shipping: Available on all SANIWERKE products shipped to the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states).
  • Additional Charges: For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other non-contiguous locations, additional shipping charges may apply based on the product's size and weight.
  • Shipping Origin: Orders typically ship from our warehouses in California (CA) or New Jersey (NJ).
  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 business hours of purchase.
  • Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, U.S. customers can expect delivery within one week.

International Shipping (AU, CA, DE, NZ & JP)

  • Free Shipping: SANIWERKE offers free shipping to Australia, Canada, German, New Zeland and Japan.
  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within 7–15 business days.

Customs and Duties

  • United States: Deliveries within the United States are not subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes.
  • International Orders: Import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Order Tracking

  • Full Tracking: All orders include full tracking from shipment to delivery.
  • Notifications: You’ll receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification via email or SMS.

Return Window

You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused & In Original Condition: The item must be in brand-new, unused, and unassembled condition.
  • Complete Original Packaging: All parts, cushions, hardware, tools, and instruction manuals must be returned securely placed inside the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Return Process & Fees

Step 1 - Authorization: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2 - Shipping & Costs:

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original Outbound Shipping: The value of free outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or partial refund as appropriate.
